The warranty only covers damages caused by non-human factors. The frame has a two-year warranty, while other wear parts (controller, tires, batteries, brake pads, etc.) have a six-month warranty.
Before purchasing an e-bike, you should check local traffic regulations to determine if the e-bike can be ridden on public roads. We do not accept returns due to illegal use.
